Legal Wedding In Bali 

Bali Legal Wedding or legal marriage registration services can be provided in Bali. The wedding couple must comply to Indonesian marriage law of number 1 year 1974. The marriage can be registered legally by Bali registry office if the couple already possesed a religoious wedding ceremony base on the religions recorgnized by Indonesian goverment. Those religions are Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhism, Muslim and Kong Huchu.

General Legal Wedding Requirment for Foreigners 

  • Copy passport, passport must be valid at least 6 months since the wedding couple enter Indonesia or Bali 
  • Copy birth certificate, this certificate need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator 
  • Absolute divorce decree if either one been married previously. The certificate need to be translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator 
  • Letter of non impediment of marriage issued by embassy or consulate office base in Bali or Jakarta or any relevant respective office in your country
  • Shoulder photo which Bride and Groom sitting side by side, need 8 pcs with red back ground
  • Copy passport of two witnesses
  • Fill wedding application form
  • Police report about your stay in Bali issued by Police intelegent office 
  • Copy registration form issued by hotel that you are stay in their hotel for a certain periode
  • Copy of religious marriage certificate 

The following services  excluded on the above rate 

  • translation document bty sworn translator , it can be arranged by our company at additional cost . Translation cost  might be vary  for each documents 
  • Translation  into bahasa Indonesia from some  foreign country languange  are vary so then can not put  on the package

What is Certificate of Non Impediment of Marriage ? 

Certificate of non impediment issued by consulate or embassy or notary is refer to each country's rule. Each country has different regulation in regard of issuing Letter of Non Impediment of Marriage.

Octogonal Tent is a huge tent .Wedding in some Villas, tents might be required.most of the villas are not providing an appropriate   venue to host a big dinner. The dining room of the villa normally having dining area  which enough for  in house guest only. The tent is needed for an outdoor lunch  or dinner  during rainy season . A tent also needed by the catering services for food preparation .We over various size of  tent ,start from  Aladin Tent with option size of 3 x 3 m , 4 x 4 M , 5 x 5 m and 6 x 6 Meter and Octogonal Tent .To make an elegance appearance of the tent , it can be decoration with some flower decoration , lighting  and   floor  added with  flooring .

Aladin Tent or Marque tent offer various size , we offer you a tent of  3 x 3 M in affordable cost , the 3 x 3 m tent can  be used for  a hut of you guest during ceremony , food preparation and event for dinner or lunch set up .it is fit for set up sitting dinner for one table  of  8 person

Modern Fire Dance

Fire dance performance is very well-known in Bali especially traditional fire dance and this dance performed in many temple festival as a sacred dance. However for your wedding entertainment we are not offering you the sacred fire dance but modern fire dance.

What is Modern Fire Dance ?

Modern Fire Dance actually a creative dance which need a high technique and special training is required, play with a fire can be very dangerous and therefore need an expert and well trained dancer. The dancer composed by men and women or can say ladies and gentlemen. For the show we offer you a 6 dancers with 2 man and for ladies dancers. The dance can be divided into 2 session and each session duration is 8 minutes. The fire dance use easy flamed kerosene and again need the expert and professional person for this.

Do This Dance Need a Special Stage ?

Special stage is not really need but with a stage is perfect, the dance is preferable performed outdoor and accompanied by a music from CD or IPod.

  • The dance performance in two session, one session duration is 8 minutes
