Indonesia is composed by thousand of etnics,thousand of island ,thousand of local language but Indonesia has national language called Bahasa Indonesia apart from all different things, most of the island in Indonesia has a traditional house ,like typical minang kabau house ,lombok house or sasak house ,Balinese house .Bali is recently facing a rapid growing for tourism industry which of cause or give some effect economically ,culture and so on but we are Balinese still holding or traditional house strongly especially in the country side, since to build a typical of Balinese house will need a wide land ,so quite hard to build it in the city unless rich people or original people from city and has a wide land .The Balinese house compound composed by some building and each of this building has their function and size.

Most of the Balinese house has border to another which locally called “Tembok Penyengker “ or Border wall .In the entrance of Balinese house normally build a little gate called angkul-angkul and at two side put a place for offerings. if the space if possible the Balinese people prefer to build the house facing to the west or south .If the building facing to the south when you enter the house compound on the right hand side you will see Balinese kitchen ,on the left you will se Bali dauh( west building ) this building dedicated for a bed room for young people ,northern building or Bali daje dedicated bed room for the oldest people in the family can be grand father or father .north east build a family Temple in the middle build a bale Gede .This type of building normally used for holding a ceremony like three month baby ceremony, tooth filling ceremony ,bali wedding or wedding ceremony .the ornament of balinese house mostly using balinese ornament which is quite colorful and a little carving and it is much depend on economic situation of the owner
